Africa’s Wars: Does anyone have an opinion on this?
Here’s a great article on Africa and it’s seemingly perpetual state of war. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that the majority of Africa’s wars have taken place in what the UN calls Middle Africa (the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, etc.)
